Impact
Respondents are reporting increased levels of wellbeing, innate health, resilience, social inclusion and less depression, anxiety, and somewhat less somatisation and somewhat more prosocial behaviour after the intervention.

Respondents highlight the invaluable presence of facilitators, emphasising their role in providing support without attempting to “fix” individuals. While others express the significance of the positive, loving environment, characterised by smiles and emotional honesty.
‘A Slice of Happiness has served to improve people’s lives enormously – while also reducing demand on statutory services. The service is well established in Hertfordshire with excellent outcomes for some of the most vulnerable but overlooked members of society’
