Beyond Recovery

We consider ourselves very lucky to have Facilitators from Beyond Recovery who have trained on their Apprenticeship Programmes within HMP Onley.  They have discovered a clarity and peace of mind that was life changing and are now passionate about working with those affected by Homelessness.

Beyond Recovery founder, Jacqueline Hollows, said: “We’re so proud of everything that our Graduates have achieved and know they will have a great impact to help change the lives of others, with the aim of helping participants to enjoy a healthier state of mind and uncover their resiliency”

Jacqueline Hollows

After twenty years working in private business, Jacqueline founded Beyond Recovery CIC in 2012 to revolutionise the way the prison service treats those with mental health and addiction problems. More than 500 people have now taken part in Beyond Recovery programmes at HMP Nottingham and HMP Onley. Jacqueline is an internationally recognised speaker and mentors several practitioners. She supports A Slice of Happiness as a volunteer facilitator. You can learn more about Jacqueline at:
